NO GRADE:  (LUR-X) OCTMP IM NEPIC-AR PNUAR-WO



No Grade  A little lined up right on start

Over control Too Much Power in the middle

Not enough power in close to at the ramp

Pull nose up at the ramp

Wave off



I think it is a cut pass one grade below a no grade and would have sent him to beach.

Had the wire caught (inflight engagement) it would have been a crash.

I rode through a inflight as a NFO in the prowler and it wasn't even our fault.

It wasn't near as heinous as this one.
